Fun Fact: Jawai Darpan is a Sanskrit name which means “The Park of Games” and is derived from the local dialect of Mewadi Marwadi spoken in and around Sawai Madhopur District of Rajasthan, and is also the place where the park is situated.

About Mr. Rampal Singh Rathore

The Initiator of Jawai Darpan Safari is a wildlife enthusiast with extensive experience in leading safaris into boundless wilderness. Nature is his passion and like a true naturalist he goes to great extents to study the land and learn how localities live in harmony with the environment. He has taken many clients on journeys to engage in ecotourism as well as educational travel, following rules set by both the local government and “The Ministry of Tourism (India)”. His wide range of experiences gained from working with different local tour guides, indigenous peoples, hotels and guest houses means exceptional service for everyone who visits Jawai Darpan Safari for an authentic Wildlife Tour or one that specializes in Leopard Safari at Jawai Sanctuary and also best experience in Jungle safari in Jawai with Leopard watching, Hills Riding, Crocodile Sighting, Village Safari, Wildlife Safari, Jawai Dam Visit, Migratory Birds, Birthday Celebration & Night Stay.

They say, no one can Know the jungle unless you live in it, Rampal Singh Rathore is a locality who has explore the jungle boarders and know the jungle in and out. He has knowledge of Tracking the leopard and studying their movements in the jungle and with all this knowledge he wants people to experience the same. He knowns the hidden gems of the jungle, Leopards residing in the caves. He will Take you on a journey to witness the nature based in Jawai, with Off-roading wild safari jungle, Dam visit, sightings, Village Safari, driving 60 degrees to 70 degree Climbing of Hill, migratory Bird watching and also experiencing the crocodile habitat living near the Jawai dam.  He also arranges Birthday Celebration and Night Stay at Jawai. Talking about the family background, His Great grandfather and father were a government teacher, who shared their knowledge by educating the children of the village! Coming from such a noble family, Rampal Singh Rathore has a degree of Post-Graduation in Arts field but he was closer to nature which encouraged him to pressure his dream become a wildlife explorer.
